New production technologies – our projects

The growing requirements of the customers, necessity to increase the product quality up to the export standards make the enterprise pay special attention to the quality if anti-corrosion protection of the metal products. This was the reason to reconstruct the finishing plant: the shot blasting processing line of the finished goods by Hitsaus Patila (Finland) was installed and is successfully operated. There was produced and installed one more shot blasting chamber of original design. The application of such equipment ensures firm and long-lasting anti-corrosion protection of constructions. The enterprise takes an active part in testing and introduction to production process of new painting materials of Russian and foreign origin. This work is performed in cooperation with the leading R&D institutes of the country.

In order to increase the production capabilities, the quality and to decrease the amount of mechanical processing in the blank manufacture, and therefore to increase the efficiency of the production process there have been purchased and put into operation the latest gas-cutting machines with numerical control of Russian and foreign origin. For example, Easy Therm 4000 by Messer, Germany. They are characterized by high accuracy of cutting. The system of the central distribution of welding mixture was introduced to increase the quality of welding joints and to improve the working conditions of the welders.

The control assembly of the structures is performed to guarantee the simplicity of assembling and to check every element of the construction.
